The Family Office is part of the Office for Education and Sport of the City of Thun. It supports children, young people, families and people with migration experience to be an active part of our society.

We are looking for a

• Professional leadership and further development of the Early Childhood department in the City of Thun
• Implementation of the Early Childhood strategy within the framework of Primokiz
• Collaboration in the implementation of other relevant strategies and goals of the City of Thun
• Concept, strategy and project work in cooperation with the head of the specialist office
• Networking and coordination of the actors in early childhood
• Promoting quality development in the early years sector in Thun
• Demand-oriented development of the offer together with partner institutions to close existing gaps
• Awareness-raising and public relations work

• University or university of applied sciences degree in the social or educational field
• Proven project management experience
• Professional experience in early childhood, social work and/or education
• High sense of responsibility, communication skills and flexibility
• Careful, analytical and participative way of working
• Enjoyment in shaping and further developing the Early Childhood sector in Thun

• High degree of independence and scope for design in the area of activity
• Varied and challenging tasks in the Office for Education and Sport
