For one of our clients, we are looking for a Foreman / Site Supervisor (m/f).

Your future tasks:

• You will be responsible for conventional formwork tasks.
• You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting.
• You will carry out the forming and striking of walls, ceilings and stairs.
• You will be responsible for pouring and compacting the concrete.
• Work distribution to each team member
• Monitoring of work progress
• Leading the production meeting every morning
• Checking plans and preparing work for the next day
• Checking daily time reports
• You will ensure that applicable safety standards are observed.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in construction in Switzerland or abroad.
• You have good knowledge of German.
• You are independent and versatile.
• You have proven experience in team leadership.
• You preferably have completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer, training as a foreman or site supervisor, or a similar qualification.
• Ability to anticipate demanding situations and make quick decisions
• Great organisational skills and a sense of order Combination of team spirit and ability to act independently
