Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Leadership Responsibility

• Lead two teams in CNC manufacturing both technically and personnel-wise
• Ensure production targets for quality, deadlines, safety, and costs are met
• Support and promote employees during ongoing operations
• Coordinate personnel and capacity planning with AVOR and planning departments
• Introduce new technologies and automation in manufacturing

• Basic technical-mechanical training, preferably with further education at FH or HF level
• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Leadership experience as team leader, group leader, shift supervisor, or deputy
• Know-how in CNC processes and CAM systems, SolidCAM is an advantage
• User knowledge of MS Office; SAP would be desirable
