Your tasks

Responsibility and monitoring of the personnel budget and forecast of personnel expenses

Support of management and department heads in decisions regarding personnel planning and cost control as well as position planning

Sparring partner for the Controlling department management and executives

Participation in monthly and annual financial statements

Evaluation and interpretation of financial, performance and personnel key figures

Regular exchange with internal stakeholders

Further development of our HR cockpit

Creation and analysis of reports for various stakeholders

Responsibility for external (personnel) statistics (e.g. Federal Statistical Office hospital personnel statistics)

Financial support for projects

Further development of the interface between HR and finance

Your profile

Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on personnel (preferably in a hospital environment)

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, HCe knowledge is an advantage

Motivated, open and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness

Strong analytical skills as well as high interconnected, forward-looking and solution-oriented thinking and acting

High degree of personal responsibility, initiative and independence
