About the job
What you can achieve
- You operate, set up and monitor our modern plants and ensure a smooth production process.
- You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, safety and environmental standards according to Emmi Process Management (EPM).
- You carry out quality checks and guarantee the high quality of our products.
- You identify and resolve disruptions in the production process and support the optimisation of plants and processes.
- You clean and maintain the production equipment as well as the work environment and check the production orders.
What you bring with you
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ or in a technical or food-related field.
- You bring experience from a production company, ideally from the food industry.
- You have technical understanding and enjoy operating and setting up production equipment.
- You are willing to work in a 2- to 3-shift system.
- You communicate confidently in German (at least level B1/B2) and convince with your reliable and team-oriented way of working.
