The Rosengarten Laufental Senior Centre offers a modern and homely environment for 130 residents. The senior centre is located in a quiet area near the "Stedtli" with its urban amenities.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the stage-appropriate training of AGS and FAGE apprentices as well as HF students
• Independent planning and implementation of learning support
• Taking over daily responsibility in the department
• Active support and promotion of residents' independence in everyday life
• Maintaining electronic nursing documentation with RAISoft

Your profile

• Training as a Nursing Specialist HF
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Vocational trainer course or SVEB 1 advantageous or willingness to complete these further trainings
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment in fostering young talent
• Pedagogical skills
• Leadership qualities and organisational talent
• Teamwork skills
