Senior Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Quality Manager (m/f/d) at elexon, you are the central contact person for quality, environmental, and occupational safety management and actively shape our management systems. You bring your experience to demanding projects, drive process improvements, and ensure that audits and certifications run smoothly. In doing so, you work closely with various departments and support the further development of our quality understanding within the company.

YOUR MISSION

•  Strategic responsibility for internal and external audits – from planning to execution to deriving and tracking measures

• Analysis of quality metrics as well as initiation and management of measures for continuous improvement of processes

• Professional leadership and further development of the existing integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

• Consulting and support of departments regarding quality, environmental, and occupational safety requirements

• Further development of process and organizational structures in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Mentoring and professional support of junior colleagues in the field of quality management

• Representation of the team lead in their absence

YOUR ENERGETIC PROFILE

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial or technological environment

• Sound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 as well as their practical implementation

• Experience in successfully conducting and accompanying audits

• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels as well as assertiveness

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also experience with QM-relevant tools (e.g., CAQ systems)

• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork
