The privately run senior center in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living and living space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Center Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular facility in the healthcare sector.

HR is the central service and contact point for around 200 employees and is a strategic as well as operational partner in personnel matters for the line managers. As part of our realignment in the HR area, we want to take future-oriented and modern paths and are therefore looking for a committed and experienced specialist to support us operationally and strategically and to advise our managers at eye level, starting immediately or by arrangement, as
HR Business Partner (m/f/d) (80 - 100% workload)
who supports us operationally as well as strategically and advises our managers on an equal footing.
Your future tasks include
- You proactively and competently advise the management members and line managers on all HR topics such as personnel planning, remuneration, development, and release, thus becoming a valuable sparring partner
- You are a competent contact person for all employees as well as external stakeholders and authorities
- You support and are responsible for handling the entire employee lifecycle including the monthly payroll
- You actively support the line in recruitment and are an important link between the various contact persons
- You advise and support the trainers in accompanying apprentices according to their training mandate, coordinate and organize internal and external processes, and ensure that the framework conditions of vocational training are met
- You understand the industry-specific challenges, derive effective HR marketing measures from them, and ensure their implementation for personnel acquisition on various channels
- In terms of lifecycle-oriented personnel development and succession planning of our employees and managers, you evaluate suitable measures and actively participate in the implementation and execution of talent and training management
- You participate in HR projects, the design of HR processes, especially their digitization, and the associated creation of HR instruments. You ensure the efficient control and further development of the HR processes you are responsible for
- You ensure the deputy representation of personnel administration
- You provide support in conflict situations, team development, and structural and cultural changes
- You are responsible for the development and maintenance of the HR dashboard and regularly prepare reports on HR KPIs and performance indicators
- You monitor and update HR policies and procedures according to applicable labor law
- You actively participate in the development, implementation, continuous control, and further development of an effective holistic corporate health management
- There is a development perspective towards a leadership position or HR management
Your profile
You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on HR, at least a qualification as an HR specialist, and bring several years of experience with solid knowledge in strategic and operational HR tasks. You are characterized by proactive action and interconnected entrepreneurial thinking. You have a digital affinity and interest in current developments in the HR field. Your analytical skills and problem-solving competence are complemented by excellent communication skills, the necessary tact combined with discretion, and a goal-oriented, independent working style with a high sense of responsibility. Ideally, you have additional training or experience in corporate health management. You describe yourself as resilient, very flexible, and enjoy working with our residents; then we should get to know each other.
