Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant for Office & Administration 100% (m/f/d)

You enjoy sales, have a feel for people and really want to make a difference? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Consultant for Office & Administration to strengthen our team in Zurich.

In this role, you take on the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition through support to recruiting and placing candidates. You can expect a working environment that offers you creative freedom and where you can make a difference together with a strong team.

• You actively acquire and support clients from Office & Administration
• You conduct client visits and personnel needs analyses
• You take over the entire recruitment process: placing adverts, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, creating dossiers
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany employees in deployment
• You use digital tools and networks to acquire clients and candidates

• Completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the administrative field
• Initial experience in technical sales, consulting or recruiting is desirable
• Good communication skills, high service orientation and sales affinity
• Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
