HR Business Partner 80-100%
We are looking for an HR Business Partner 80 - 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
In this role, you are the first point of contact for HR topics within the Internal Services team and take responsibility for the entire personnel administration.
Responsibility for the organizational implementation of HR processes from recruitment to the exit process
Independent execution of monthly payroll runs and preparation of payroll statements
Responsible for all annual closings related to social security as well as payroll certificate issuance
Participation in HR projects, especially in the further development and digitization of processes
Competent contact person for all labor law issues
Commitment to an attractive, contemporary work culture and exchange of best practices
What you bring with you
Targeted further training in the personnel field, for example as an HR specialist, is an advantage, or the willingness to complete this training alongside your job
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role and broad operational HR expertise
Solution-oriented personality with confident appearance and clear communication
The ability to capture, structure, and implement pragmatic solutions in HR for the needs of different services and stakeholders
Sound knowledge in the use of HR systems, ideally Abacus
