To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated DISPATCHER*IN SERVICE CENTRE (w/m/d)

Your area of responsibility in the kitchen capital

• Scheduling and planning of service and appliance orders for kitchen and laundry room
• Creating deployment plans for carpenters/appliance fitters and service technicians as well as monitoring execution
• Organisation and coordination with external craftsmen as well as suppliers including the creation of scheduling programmes
• Creating and monitoring the assembly dossiers of carpenters/appliance fitters and service technicians

What you bring to the kitchen capital

• Commercial, craft or technical basic training
• Experience in scheduling in the household appliance or kitchen industry
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, strong communication skills and resilience
• Professional handling of internal and external stakeholders
• Distinct organisational skills as well as independent and precise working methods
• Good IT user knowledge (ERP, Office, etc.)
