Business Data Analyst in Sales Management

About the job

The Sales Management team creates the data foundations to enable targeted control of sales channels and early identification of customer needs. Do you think in data, have a passion for pattern recognition, and want to steer decisions in sales?

• Together with the specialist department, you review and define relevant business logics and ensure they are transferred into sustainable data solutions and products.
• You further develop Power BI data models and reports, maintain them continuously, and ensure comprehensible documentation.
• You keep an eye on data quality, identify optimisation potential, and initiate effective improvement measures.
• In the ongoing Snowflake data project, you contribute your expertise and work closely with the central data team.
• You support stakeholders in the customer specialist department in the effective use of data and take on additional tasks such as exploratory analyses as needed.

• Solid experience with Power BI, especially with DAX and Power Query – or willingness to learn quickly
• Good SQL knowledge – experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse solutions is a big plus
• An analytical, structured, and constructively critical mindset
• An independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style – especially when dealing with large data volumes
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
