Handyman on a 2-month fixed-term contract (extendable)

Your tasks:

- Monitoring of building technical installations
- Small maintenance and various repairs
- Follow-up of small transformation projects and restorations
- Sorting and disposal of waste, cardboard, PET…
- Managing client requests via a ticket system
- Intervention requests and follow-up of contracted companies
- Assistance in setting up events or conference rooms
- Moving and rearranging workspaces

Your profile:

- Federal diploma as a concierge/facility agent or equivalent qualification
- First experience in a similar position
- Good command of French
- Knowledge of computer tools
- Manual transmission driving license MANDATORY
- Clean criminal record and absence of prosecutions MANDATORY
- Good presentation
- Service-oriented, flexible, and autonomous
- Good communication
- Monday to Friday 07:30-17:30
