HR Business Partner (m/f 80-100%)

Your challenge:
- Comprehensive operational HR support for the assigned areas throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, evaluation, development, compensation, offboarding)
- Competent advice to management on strategic and operational HR topics
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process as well as involvement in employer positioning (employer branding)
- Support in the modernization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes as well as in optimizing the HR information system
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, internal guidelines, and processes
- Participation in personnel strategy, personnel planning, and organizational development
- Conducting HR analyses and deriving appropriate measures
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or comparable, with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the food industry
- Experienced in modern recruitment and motivated to attract and retain talents long-term
- Initiative, flexible, and proactive personality with entrepreneurial thinking
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as a structured working style even in dynamic situations
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational talent, and passion for HR topics, especially recruitment
- Very good German and French skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally the HR information system Abacus or comparable tools
