Do you enjoy organising, writing texts confidently and gladly, and keeping an overview even with several projects? In this internship, you will support our team with events, communication, and administration related to vocational education. A focus is the Vocational Fair 2027 from 17 to 21 November at the St. Jakobshalle. You will learn to help shape projects from planning to implementation, communicate with different stakeholders, and professionally prepare content for various channels.
Your tasks
- Assisting in the planning, organisation, and execution of our events and projects, especially the Vocational Fair 2027 – including administrative tasks such as mailings, participant lists, schedules, documents, and evaluations
- Communication and coordination with exhibitors, schools, companies, and other project partners
- Support at apprenticeship fairs, application training sessions, school visits, and other formats
- Writing and revising texts for websites, newsletters, social media, mailings, magazines, and other publications
- Assisting with content planning and designing simple communication materials using Canva
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree, for example in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field, or a completed commercial or comparable vocational training
- Native German speaker, enjoyment of writing, and a confident and reflective approach to using AI tools for text creation
- Confident use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as good Canva skills
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style as well as enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders
What we offer you
- A varied internship with insights into project organisation, communication, events, and administration
- Your own tasks, room for ideas, and participation in various vocational education projects
- The opportunity to gradually take on responsibility and deepen your knowledge in real project work
- A modern working environment with attractive benefits (fitness offer, meal vouchers)
- A flexibly arranged workload between 60 and 100 % – e.g. higher workload during semester breaks and reduced workload during the semester
Important for your planning
November 2027 will be somewhat busier due to the Vocational Fair, so we ask that you do not plan any holidays or other longer absences during this period. For the intensive setup and event phase from 15 to 21 November 2027 inclusive, we need your full support, so a 100 % workload is highly desirable.
