Your Tasks
- Professional and individual care and support of residents
- Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
- Support of qualified nursing staff in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
- Team spirit, humour and good manners
- Sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
- Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
- User knowledge of electronic care documentation is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
- Strong service and quality awareness
