In anticipation of the current holder's retirement, the nursing management is looking for a

Head Nurse of Care Unit (ICUS)
90% - 100%

Your mission:

• supervise the staff and organise the resources of the HFR anaesthesia service present on two sites in partnership with the other ICUS
• lead the nursing team autonomously and position yourself as a leader
• collaborate closely with the nursing management team and the medical staff
• actively participate in care and ensure the quality of services provided to patients
• supervise the practical EPD ES training in collaboration with the nursing training centre and the person responsible for practical training
• actively participate in interprofessional work in a constructive spirit and transmit necessary information to team members, the head nurse of the department and doctors to ensure good communication
• lead improvement projects in collaboration with clinical nurses and successfully achieve the service objectives

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• expert qualification in anaesthesia nursing required (mandatory condition)
• proven experience in an anaesthesia service (minimum 3 years)
• management diploma or equivalent training or willingness to undertake it
• ability to prioritise and manage unforeseen events
• interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities
• proactive, dynamic and flexible attitude
• proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
