SRK Nursing Assistant on an Hourly or Monthly Salary 20 - 80%

• You work independently and are still not alone — you have freedom in organizing your work, experience exchange and mutual support within the team
• Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
• You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
• You care for and support our clients in everyday life, e.g., you accompany joint shopping or prepare meals
• You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
• Your workplace extends across the entire city of Bern including the agglomeration (e.g., Ostermundigen, Köniz, Muri b. Bern). If, for example, you live in the east of Bern, we will try to schedule you here if possible. You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air

• You have training as an SRK nursing assistant
• You are flexible and used to working independently
• Your several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex is not a requirement but an advantage
• You have a pleasant, friendly manner and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations
• You have your own car and a category B driving license
