M&D Solicitors and Mediation is a renowned firm specialising in innovative and solution-oriented legal advice and amicable dispute resolution.

To strengthen our team, we are looking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for a committed and qualified Solicitor who will represent our clients competently and with passion. Our main areas of work are family, employment, and tenancy law as well as general civil law.

We place great importance on the compatibility of work and family, so we are open to flexible working hours, with a minimum workload of 60% required.

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed law degree and admission as a solicitor in Switzerland
• Experience in advising and representing clients, ideally in a law firm
• Sound knowledge in one or more areas of law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
