Your Tasks

You shape everyday life, the activation program as well as the sociocultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents also on excursions
You contribute creatively to festive or themed internal events
You work interdisciplinarily with all areas in the house

What You Bring

Training as an Activation Specialist
Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
Teamwork skills, high resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity as well as a pinch of humor
You are an organizational talent and interested in making everyday life efficient and exciting
