Your Area of Responsibility
Do you understand buildings as complex systems and combine a holistic view with a keen eye for detail? As a Senior Project Manager in the field of Lifecycle Management, you analyse existing properties regarding their structural condition and develop sensible maintenance recommendations for the future based on this. Here you take responsibility and bring in your professional, social and communicative strengths. Your tasks include in particular:
- Independent execution of technical and strategic building analyses (multi-family houses, commercial, special and operator properties)
- Preparation, processing and analysis of various property data using modern software tools
- Main project management for larger customer assignments with overall coordination internally and externally
- Support and further development of consulting mandates for existing and new institutional clients
- Support in the further development of our services, software tools and digital solutions
Qualifications
Your Profile
- A basic education in the main construction trade or as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or civil engineering, complemented by several years of professional experience; further training as a certified technician HF, certified construction manager, architect FH or civil engineer FH
- Proven construction cost expertise is essential, e.g. through relevant professional experience and/or further training such as construction cost planning & controlling
- Broad knowledge of the entire construction process as well as a pronounced technical and business understanding
- Further training and/or experience in the real estate sector are advantageous
- An engaged personality with a service- and solution-oriented working style
- Openness and flexibility in dealing with changing tasks, spontaneous assignments and individual customer needs
- German language skills in spoken and written form at native level; French/Italian and English skills are advantageous
