At FORTYSEVEN, you are right in the thick of things, not just a bystander! You represent our wellness spa with your cheerful manner, your host heart, and your sense for a harmonious guest experience. From September, we are launching a new restaurant concept with hybrid service. You will be significantly involved in the design, introduction, and opening, actively contributing your experience to the development of the new service processes.

• You warmly, attentively, and professionally look after and advise our guests in our gastronomic areas.
• You carry out orders depending on the area in self-service as well as à la carte service.
• You actively work in the restaurant as well as in the bar/lounge, ensuring a well-groomed, personal, and efficient service.
• You help shape the introduction of our new restaurant concept and assist in successfully anchoring processes, standards, and guest experiences.
• You competently advise our guests on our food and beverage offerings and confidently make recommendations.
• You carefully and responsibly take over cash register and daily closings.
• You consistently adhere to hygiene, quality, and HACCP standards.
• You support events as well as seasonal offers in indoor and outdoor areas.
• You work across departments, pitch in, and think along when it comes to further developing our F&B offerings.

What I wish for from you:

• You have completed training in hospitality/hotel management (comparable to EFZ/EBA) or have several years of experience in service.
• You have experience in à la carte service and feel comfortable in a restaurant as well as in a bar/lounge environment.
• You enjoy advising, selling, and active guest contact.
• You communicate very well in German; English skills are an advantage, and additional languages are welcome.
• You know the most important hygiene and quality standards and work cleanly, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• You are flexible and willing to work mostly evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• You enjoy helping to shape new things, embracing changes, and actively participating in the launch of a new restaurant concept.

• You have a well-groomed appearance, communicate clearly, and treat guests and colleagues with respect and warmth.
• You bring flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Your salary

If you bring the necessary knowledge and experience for this position, we would be pleased to offer you a fair salary between CHF 58,500 and 62,400 (100% workload).

If you do not meet all the requirements, we still look forward to your application. In this case, your starting salary may be slightly below this range.
