Head of Administration and Case Management

Office for Industry, Trade and Labour | 80–100 % | Chur

The Office for Industry, Trade and Labour (KIGA) currently employs around 135 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organise labour market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labour market and occupational safety.

We are looking for a Head of Case Management and Assistant to the Department Head (80-100%) for the Labour Market Measures Department from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

Professional and personnel management of around 5 employees
Coordination of work and, if necessary, participation in case management
Ensuring close cooperation within the department as well as with referring agencies
Support of the department management in the coordination and planning of labour market measures
Advising RAV staff and job seekers on labour market measures
Ensuring data quality in application processing and user applications
Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external committees

What we expect from you

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Ability to lead a team with motivation, ideally several years of leadership experience at team leader level
Independent working style, resilience and composure even in challenging situations
Team spirit and willingness to work interdisciplinarily
High social competence and empathy in dealing with different target groups
Very good oral and written German skills as well as very good Italian skills
Very good IT skills, especially in the use of MS Office
Willingness to work at other locations in the canton of Graubünden
