We offer training opportunities for the 2026 intake for profiles of Apprentice Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) (M/F).
Mission
By gradually taking on responsibilities within an educational team, you will actively participate in supporting the people welcomed. Guided by experienced trainers, you will proactively implement the accompaniment policy of our institution focused on recognizing the needs and desires of the people welcomed. You will have the opportunity to work within multidisciplinary teams, in collaboration with the social network of the residents.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to residents for basic care and daily living activities,
Enhance the implementation of individual and community programs,
Collaborate in developing educational strategies adapted to the different needs of residents,
Work in an interdisciplinary manner,
Experience certain administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team.
Desired profile
Completion of compulsory schooling certificate,
Minimum age required: 18 years,
Experience in social work is welcome,
Strong interest in helping relationships and supporting people with disabilities,
Ease in teamwork and communication, sharing tasks; reliability,
Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs.
Work environment
We offer you quality support within a major institution.
Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation.
