The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic, as well as variouspractices. The Seniorenpark Weissenau of Spitäler fmi AG sees itself as a centre of expertise for the care and support of elderly people who can no longer live at home due to the severity and impairment of their health condition. The institution offers a home to 75 residents, of which 12 places are
specifically designated for people with dementia.

Your area of responsibility
- varied three-year training
- acquiring knowledge about the individual care and support of elderly people
- assisting with hygiene and personal care as well as shaping the personal daily life of the residents
- carrying out medical nursing tasks such as measuring blood pressure, preparing and
administering medication, blood sugar measurements, injections, etc. - performing administrative tasks
- close teamwork and regular exchange with the trainer
