Cycle Mechanic (M/F)

Your main tasks

Workshop and organisation

• Ensure the smooth running of the workshop on a daily basis.
• Plan technical interventions and manage priorities.
• Guarantee a tidy, clean, and safe working environment.
• Monitor the needs for spare parts and consumables.

Technical expertise

• Carry out periodic maintenance and complete overhauls.
• Identify malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Assemble, adjust, and prepare new bicycles before delivery.
• Conduct safety and quality checks before return.
• Work on different types of bicycles, including electric-assisted bikes.

Customer service and relations

• Welcome and guide customers according to their needs.
• Provide adapted and personalised technical advice.
• Present completed work and maintenance recommendations.
• Contribute to promoting accessories, equipment, and services offered.

Deliveries and external interventions

• Ensure the handover and collection of bicycles from customers.
• Occasionally carry out technical interventions on site.
• Represent the company professionally during travel.

Profile sought

• Training as a cycle mechanic or significant experience in the field.
• Good mastery of repair and maintenance techniques on bicycles of all brands.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and e-bikes appreciated.
• Autonomous, rigorous person capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction focus.
• Driving licence essential.
