Cycle Mechanic (M/F)
Your main tasks
Workshop and organisation
- Ensure the smooth running of the workshop on a daily basis.
- Plan technical interventions and manage priorities.
- Guarantee a tidy, clean, and safe working environment.
- Monitor the needs for spare parts and consumables.
Technical expertise
- Carry out periodic maintenance and complete overhauls.
- Identify malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Assemble, adjust, and prepare new bicycles before delivery.
- Conduct safety and quality checks before return.
- Work on different types of bicycles, including electric-assisted bikes.
Customer service and relations
- Welcome and guide customers according to their needs.
- Provide adapted and personalised technical advice.
- Present completed work and maintenance recommendations.
- Contribute to promoting accessories, equipment, and services offered.
Deliveries and external interventions
- Ensure the handover and collection of bicycles from customers.
- Occasionally carry out technical interventions on site.
- Represent the company professionally during travel.
Profile sought
- Training as a cycle mechanic or significant experience in the field.
- Good mastery of repair and maintenance techniques on bicycles of all brands.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and e-bikes appreciated.
- Autonomous, rigorous person capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction focus.
- Driving licence essential.
