You will
- lead strategic bank-wide projects (including regulatory projects)
- take overall responsibility for all project phases, including project budget, target definition, and controlling
- plan, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams
- develop project mandates and project descriptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders (business or department management level)
- prepare decision bases, status reports and management reviews for the Project Board and executive management
- continuously contribute to the professionalisation of project management structures and tools
- become part of the Valiant Project Portfolio Management and Controlling (PPMC) team
You bring
- several years of practical experience in leading and implementing complex projects, ideally in the banking environment
- appropriate education at university or university of applied sciences level as well as project-specific further training
- expertise in applying waterfall and agile project models
- curiosity and openness also in implementing regulatory projects in the banking environment
- high resilience and willingness to perform as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- strong persuasiveness with assertiveness as well as high independence, initiative and reliability
- native German speaker or advanced German language skills (at least C1)
