Plumber with Leadership Responsibility and Strategic Development
Tasks
- Leading and developing a team of around 10 people including apprentices
- Overall responsibility for order processing from planning to implementation
- Preparation and negotiation of quotations as well as ensuring efficient deployment planning
- Co-shaping the strategic further development of the department including budget responsibility
- Collaboration at management level and participation in management meetings
Requirements
- Completed technical training in building services engineering with preferred further education
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in the technical field
- Strong social skills with clear and respectful communication style
- High organisational skills, negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German language skills
