About the job

We are looking for a committed and meticulous individual as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement for the position of

• Co-responsible for the maintenance and operation of the building (nursing home)
• Inspection, monitoring and maintenance of systems and building services
• Care and maintenance of machines, equipment and other operational facilities
• Care of the garden area, winter service and snow clearance
• Completion of administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in a craft or specialist in building maintenance EFZ
• Team-oriented, reliable and customer-focused personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Very good technical understanding
• Flexible and service-oriented
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence category B
