For this key role, we are looking for a personality who combines professionalism, personal responsibility, and sensitivity. You keep an overview even in dynamic situations, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner – and appreciate contributing in an international, demanding environment.
- A university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration and several years of experience in a comparable role in an international corporate environment – ideally with a passion for corporate law topics.
- A pronounced talent for organization and a structured, analytical working style with which you can quickly grasp complex contexts and manage them goal-oriented.
- High reliability, discretion, and a customer-oriented attitude – combined with a professional appearance and strong social skills.
- Confidence in intercultural situations and security at all hierarchy levels – clear, open, and binding in communication.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident handling of MS Office, SharePoint, and digital tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- A natural, enthusiastic, and friendly manner with which you engage people and build trust.
