Eugen Schäfer AG has been active in the real estate business for over 60 years, mainly in the Dielsdorf ZH area.

The company is privately owned, which is also reflected in the direct and trusting interaction with employees, tenants and partners.

We are looking for a hands-on reinforcement of our small, existing team, especially with regard to the marketing and initial letting of our new development in Dielsdorf, but also for the day-to-day business of the existing properties.

Tasks

• Support in the re-letting of apartments
• Care of tenants and prospective tenants
• Preparation of tenancy agreements, contract amendments, handover protocols as well as handling of terminations
• Coordination of appointments and orders between tenants, our own caretaker team and craftsmen
• Handling of insurance claims
• General telephone and counter service

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in property letting and management (at least 3 years)
• Ability and willingness to pitch in within a small, family-like team
• Independent, reliable working style
• Very good correspondence skills in German
• Driving licence category B, own car is an advantage
• Experience with AbaImmo (Abacus)
