As a Surface Treatment Specialist you will:

Prepare engine components (e.g. shotpeening, cleaning, masking, degreasing)

Perform surface finishing processes (e.g. thermal spray, paint, coating, plating)

Conduct mechanical finishing tasks such as grinding and blending

Carry out self‑inspection and document results

Operate and monitor treatment processes and equipment

Follow safety, quality and chemical‑handling standards

Apply 5S and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

Completed technical apprenticeship (surface treatment, mechanics, production, or similar)

Experience in paint, coating, blending or plating

Reliable, accurate and quality‑driven work style

Team‑oriented, flexible, dependable

Good German skills (minimum B2); English beneficial

Willingness to work 2‑shift

Basic IT skills
