Your tasks

Leadership and development of a committed team of 8 members
Responsibility for performance recording and revenue processes
Support of specialist departments with performance recording issues
Optimisation of processes as well as ensuring quality and compliance
Consulting and training of specialist departments on outpatient tariffing
Parameterisation and system maintenance of Hospis PATng and IBI-care
Participation in projects as well as introduction of new tariffs and services
Data analyses and close collaboration within the Finance Directorate (Controlling, Financial Accounting)
Professional exchange with external partners, associations and other stakeholders

Your profile

Education or further training in healthcare or business administration
Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in a hospital
Sound knowledge of TARDOC, outpatient flat rates, paramedical services, TARMED, SwissDRG, ST Reha and TARPSY
Leadership experience as well as strong social and communication skills
Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
Assertiveness, initiative and solution-oriented working style
Good IT user skills; ideally experience with **Hospis/NEXUS, IBI-care/IBITECH and Phönix/CGM
