About the job
From the beginning of November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a social pedagogue 60% - 70%
We expect from you:
- Experience and interest in supporting people with care needs
- Enjoyment in shaping the living environment of the residents
- Interest in working in a self-managing team, willingness to work independently including shifts covered alone.
- Taking on responsibility, interest in leadership tasks
- Understanding and interest in a holistic / anthroposophical view of humanity
- Willingness for self-reflection, humour and openness
- Work with a system of reference persons
