Healthcare Specialist, Mobile Care

Your tasks:

• Independent care and support of our patients in their home environment
• Implementation of nursing measures according to individual care plans
• Support with daily activities and promotion of patients' independence
• Proper documentation of care processes and health development
• Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other professionals

Your profile:

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in mobile care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy, and ability to work in a team
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Category B driving license and enjoyment of field service
