Health Specialist (FaGe) - Evening Shift 50-80% (a)

Be there in the evening when it matters. 

You bring experience, value independent work, and want to support people with your professional expertise? You prefer to work in the afternoons and evenings? 

During the evening shift, you support our clients in their homes and help them to organise their daily lives safely and independently. You work autonomously while being able to rely on an experienced team. 

• You professionally care for and support our clients in their familiar home environment.
• You promote their independence, safety, and quality of life with your expertise. 
• You recognise changes in health status early and reliably pass on relevant information.
• You work independently and are at the same time part of a well-coordinated team. 

• Working hours depending on workload from 13:30 to 22:00 or 16:30 to 22:30
• Time for individual and personal care
• Independent work with high professional responsibility

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ 
• Professional experience in nursing
• Sense of responsibility and empathy
• Independent and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills
