Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel is the joint competence centre of Claraspital and University Hospital Basel for all patients requiring treatment in the abdominal area. Clarunis combines the expertise, research activities and the number of patients treated at both hospitals to further enhance and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.

For Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel we are looking immediately or by arrangement at the Felix Platter Hospital/Claraspital site for a

Dipl. Nurse HF Endoscopy 60%

• Assistance (preparation and follow-up) in all diagnostic and interventional endoscopies
• Preparation and reprocessing of endoscopic instruments in compliance with special hygiene regulations
• Care, monitoring and aftercare of patients
• Planning and organisation of the daily endoscopy programme
• Taking over and further developing a sub-area of the endoscopy department (e.g. participation in national and international guidelines)
• Participation in on-call and weekend duties

• a completed professional training as a Dipl. Nurse
• experience in the field of endoscopy is an advantage
• enjoyment and skill in technical, manual and organisational tasks
• a high level of commitment and flexibility
• good PC skills (RAP, KIS, PACS)
