IT - Field Supporter / IT Supporter (all)
Are you not looking for routine, but real challenges? As an IT Field Supporter at SCHNEEBERGER AG Linear Technology, you can expect tricky problems, complex IT landscapes and daily new situations that require quick thinking.
You are directly on site, solving demanding faults and keeping systems running – from unexpected errors to complex installations.
Your area of responsibility
- Handling of IT support requests including independent error analysis and troubleshooting of software and hardware – directly on site
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, mobile devices and peripherals as well as software updates and patch management
- Support with hardware rollouts, workplace setups, relocations and inventories
- Management of user accounts, permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD and M365, including SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Support and monitoring of IT and OT systems including ensuring network availability, error analysis and escalation
- Conducting training sessions as well as creating instructions and self-service guides to promote IT self-help
- Optimisation of IT support processes, service standards and maintenance of IT documentation as well as knowledge management
- Supervision and mentoring of two apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with continuous further education
- At least 5 years of experience in the ICT sector
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Services
- Service- and solution-oriented working style, high resilience and independent working
- Strong communication skills, conscientious, customer-oriented and team player
- Strong quality and safety awareness
- German C1 and English B2
- Training as a vocational trainer
