Job Description
- Support the patient in daily life activities, promoting their autonomy
- Actively contribute to the patient’s therapeutic and life project, considering their goals and environment
- Observe patient progress and ensure quality handovers
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of patients
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive and personalised care
Qualifications
- Care assistant or nursing assistant diploma
- Experience in clinical settings, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is an advantage
- Interest in patient autonomy and life projects
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
