Your area of responsibility You take on entrepreneurial responsibility for the Swiss market and actively shape its future. As Head of Sales, you are the face of Medartis to clinics, specialist dealers and strategic partners – and the driving force behind our further growth in Switzerland.

• You develop the market strategy and implement it – based on sound analyses of customers, competition and product landscape You actively shape our pricing and assortment policy
• You conduct negotiations with hospitals and purchasing cooperatives on an equal footing
• You bear the P&L responsibility for the Swiss market
• You drive business development forward and build new partnerships
• You lead and develop our local sales and customer service team
• You plan and implement the local marketing strategy, including participation in and organisation of congresses, workshops and specialist events
• You ensure that all regulatory and quality-related requirements in the MedTech environment are met

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in sales of orthopaedic medical technology
• A proven track record in building and scaling markets
• Good industry knowledge of the Swiss market
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to implement things operationally
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills at C-level
• Fluent English skills and French an advantage
