Your Tasks

• Coordinating and realising diverse construction projects in collaboration with clients, architects, planners and authorities
• Defining services, reviewing offers from contractors and conducting contract negotiations
• Ensuring and monitoring agreed deadlines, quality and costs
• Supervising execution on site (including occupational safety)

Your Profile

• Practical professional experience in construction management
• Further training as a certified construction manager or HF technician
• Independent, responsible and precise working style
• Good communication skills
