- Main responsibility for organizing and conducting product tastings
- Complaint management
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Preparation of statements
- Blocking system
- Management of certificates and quality documents
- Organization of product submissions and utilizations
- Member of the HACCP team
- Conducting internal audits
- Occasional training sessions
This is what you bring
- Education in the field of food / quality management, -assurance (apprenticeship/university of applied sciences/university)
- Preferably experience in quality management
- Preferably experience in food production
- Good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Teamwork skills, confident appearance, assertiveness
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Structured and precise working method
- Organizational talent, flair for process management
- Windows Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft SharePoint
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
