Support customer approach and processes: Support executives and account managers in the professional approach to customers and in complex tender and offer processes. Take the lead in complex WTO tenders.
Take care of new and existing business relationships: Maintain existing contacts with our technology and solution partners and identify new innovative partner solutions (manufacturers, integration partners, VAR, consulting firms).
Observe the market and new trends: Monitor market developments and new digital trends in public administration to recognize opportunities and challenges of digitalization.
Work on our image and awareness: Develop the image and awareness of adesso in the public sector through social media, industry-specific interest groups, and congresses or trade fairs.
Professional experience: You can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a comparable position (complex project and integration business). Proven success in new customer acquisition.
Network: You maintain valuable contacts in public administration at all federal levels. Besides federal administration, cantons, and cities, also with federal-affiliated companies and relevant organizations.
Communication and interpersonal skills: You possess professional communication and interpersonal skills as well as strategic competence and have routine in demanding relationship management, including in larger matrix organizations.
Independence and goal orientation: You have a high degree of independence, seniority, and goal orientation in dealing with complex challenges. Practical knowledge in business and budget planning.
Language skills: Very good German and good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
