Present throughout the La Côte region, our Foundation brings together 5 medico-social establishments (EMS), 4 temporary reception centres (CAT) and 3 adapted housing sites with support (LADA), offering a range of services tailored to each situation.

Technical Manager

Main missions:

• Ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance as well as monitoring of the technical installations of all the Foundation's establishments;
• Plan, coordinate and control the routine work of the maintenance team as well as occasional projects;
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance of technical and domotic installations under contract with external service providers;
• Guarantee the proper functioning and updating of the inventory of the Foundation's infrastructures, equipment and vehicles;
• Prepare requests for proposals, carry out comparative analyses and submit proposals to the Management;
• Carry out regular inspections of buildings, their structures and technical equipment to ensure compliance and safety of installations;
• Manage and motivate the operations agents team, organise their work and provide support for field interventions;
• Be responsible for the quality of services provided by external companies and ensure strict compliance with established contracts;
• Act as a resource person for the Foundation's interdisciplinary teams across all sites;
• Work closely with Management to implement construction, transformation and relocation projects (EMS and CAT);
• Actively contribute to the development and evolution of the Foundation, particularly during extension projects and new construction works.

Required skills:

• Federal VET Diploma useful for the role
• Higher education in a technical field or maintenance management, ideally complemented by knowledge in safety and project management;
• Training in team management;
• Several years of proven experience using a CMMS;
• Several years of proven experience in a similar role, including team management and project supervision;
• Recognised leadership, fostering cohesion, motivation and skills development within the team;
• Excellent planning, organisational and autonomous working skills, combined with real flexibility and availability;
• Ease in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a medico-social environment;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and ease in using IT tools;
• Strong analytical, synthesis and initiative-taking abilities
