To complement the motivated team in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a

Senior Real Estate Marketer 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Independent marketing of residential and commercial properties as well as sophisticated sales objects
• Development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies including market analyses, property positioning, and price assessments
• Acquisition of own sales and marketing mandates as well as active maintenance of sustainable customer relationships
• Advising and supporting owners throughout the entire marketing and sales process
• Preparation of sales and marketing documentation
• Organisation and conduct of viewings, negotiations, and coordination up to successful contract conclusion
• Continuous expansion of professional network and active market observation in the Bern region and surroundings

Your Profile

• Several years of solid experience in property marketing, ideally in the Bern area
• Proven closing strength, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for acquiring own mandates
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented working style with high initiative
• Good intuition for real estate markets, property positioning, and target group-oriented marketing
• Real estate-specific further education or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Very good IT user skills (Microsoft 365 / industry software) as well as confident handling of digital tools and applications, including targeted use of artificial intelligence
• Fluent German and good French skills
