Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF in Tracheostomy/Long-term Ventilation Department, Gehrenholz Location

Tasks

• You are responsible for the care and nursing process and ensure the care of residents, including with regard to tracheal cannula/ventilation, in close collaboration with doctors and therapists.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You advise and support residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You contribute to the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and collaboration.

Profile

• Excellent organisational talent with precise working methods as well as independent, responsible and strategic thinking
• Training as a nursing specialist (FH/HF/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Ideally, you have experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostomy/ventilation, or you have a strong motivation to learn this
• A warm and humorous basic attitude and interest in people characterise you
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
