About the job

For the area Wil SG / Weinfelden TG we are looking for a responsible and motivated personality as of January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

You can look forward to these tasks

Result-oriented management of about 15 Volg branches including concept implementation
Leading and supporting store managers regarding successful store organization, store appearance as well as budget and key figure responsibility
Agreeing on and enforcing goals, measures, and customer retention
Ensuring the defined Volg strategy in the sales outlets
Controlling merchandise management and merchandise care
Personnel management and personnel development
Ensuring the flow of information

A retail apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (preferably in the food and luxury goods sector) as well as further training as a retail specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
Experience in a similar function
In-depth leadership experience

Residence in the region

Driver's license
