Your tasks

• Programming and operating laser machines, especially in the area of initial production
• Analysing and optimising production processes as well as recognising and implementing improvement potentials
• Ensuring quality and inspecting manufactured parts according to specified quality standards
• Coordinating and resolving malfunctions as well as ensuring maintenance, cleaning and care of machines and equipment
• Accompanying new systems and processes and actively supporting their introduction
• Participating in day-to-day operations and working together with the team to ensure smooth production flow

Your profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a precision mechanic, electromechanic, electronics technician, machine mechanic or in a comparable profession
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a technical or production environment
• Strong technical understanding as well as good PC user skills
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Team player with initiative, flexibility and resilience – you set priorities and make decisions independently
• Very good German skills as well as willingness to work occasional shifts; English skills and experience with printed circuit boards are an advantage
