Trainer*in Facility Maintenance 80%-100%
These are your tasks:
As an important part of our team, you take responsibility for the training and promotion of our young talents in facility maintenance. Your task is to convey the learning content in a practical way and to motivate and support the apprentices through your expertise and pedagogical skills. We provide training at PrA, EBA, and EFZ levels.

What you bring with you:
- Preferably completed training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in this industry
- Experience in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Responsible handling of the role as a role model and trainer
- Good planning and organizational skills to structure and coordinate the training
- High social competence, empathy, and professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them daily
- Flawless German language skills, spoken and written
- Driver's license category B
- A passionate team spirit and resilience
