You are the central contact person for technical tenders and work together with our specialist departments to develop customised and economical solutions for our customers throughout Switzerland.

What you can achieve with us.
- You take overall responsibility for the professional management of complex offer and tender processes from inquiry to contract signing.
- You analyse tender documents and coordinate the entire offer process as the central interface between Sales, Operations and technical specialists.
- You develop convincing offer and pricing strategies for technical facility management services.
- You carry out overall and partial calculations in the field of technical building management (TGM), especially for maintenance, operation and repair services.
- You create professional customer and offer presentations and support customer negotiations.
- You review contracts and coordinate the relevant framework conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- You ensure the quality and timely submission of all offer documents.
- You continuously develop processes, templates and digital tools and specifically implement modern AI solutions.
What defines you.
- Completed studies in Facility Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Real Estate or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or in the calculation of technical services.
- Sound knowledge of technical building management (TGM), especially in the areas of maintenance, operation and repair.
- Experience in preparing complex calculations and profitability analyses.
- Good knowledge of business management contexts as well as a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM, CAFM and AI tools is an advantage.
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills. French skills are a plus.
